Welcome to DCOne Connect. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Services
   DCOne Connect offers general contracting and construction services. Our services include, but are not limited to, project management, site preparation, and renovation.
2. Quotations and Estimates
   All quotations and estimates provided by DCOne Connect are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.
3. Payments
   Payment terms will be outlined in the contract. A deposit may be required before the commencement of work. Final payment is due upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur interest charges.
4. Project Timelines
   Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. DCOne Connect will communicate any changes to the project timeline promptly.
5. Warranties
   DCOne Connect warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any defects or issues must be reported within 30 days of project completion.
6. Liability
   DCOne Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
7. Termination
   Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana.
9. Changes to Terms
   DCOne Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to future services.
